Column written by Stro "The Maestro of Wrestling"
Hello everyone and welcome to another column edition of the "WFS". Hope you all have been doing good so far in this year of 2009. Can you believe it is April already? This year is starting out quick! With that, on with the "WFS".
I recently won the NWA-Mountain State Wrestling heavyweight championship in a very hard fought match against Jason "The Gift" Kincaid. Kincaid is a tremendous athlete and definitely one of the best wrestlers I have faced in quite some time. It is an honor to once again be a champion in the NWA family. Thank you to NWA-MSW, NWA, and the great fans there for your support.
This year's Wrestlemania pay per view event once again provided some special moments in wrestling history. Special thanks to the Weavil family for inviting me. Of those moments, two very special ones stuck out in my mind.
Undertaker vs. Shawn Michaels
This match became an instant classic as these two main event veterans wrestled in what I feel one of the greatest matches in Wrestlemania history. The story going in along with the athleticism and mental chess that these two greats were telling was amazing to witness. This match had you on the edge of your seat with the nearfalls and the chances they took with their bodies. It has it all from well executed submissions to amazing aerial artistry. I applaud both of these great wrestlers for a legendary match many could learn from.
Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat
What a weekend for "The Dragon"! I was amazed just as everyone else watching Wrestlemania at his performance with Chris Jericho. Just as many have said, it is like he never left the ring. Those closing moments with Jericho and Steamboat had you wanting more. Hall of Famer "Nature Boy" Ric Flair couldn't have said it better when he said Ricky Steamboat is a great wrestler and even greater human being. In and out of the ring, The 2009 Hall of Famer Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat is still breathing fire!
"12-24"

Tales from The Stro
"It was a hot night in Mexico as Jake "The Snake" Roberts and I were set to face Cybernetico and the legendary Perro Aguayo in the AAA tag team main event. Cybernectico tried in to bring his power game while I countered acted with some technical wrestling. The legends in each corner looked on as they awaited the tags. Finally the tags were made and all four of us went everywhere. Jake blasted Cybernetico while Perro and I went at it with forearms and chops. The match went out of control as this was a prelude the eventual big 8 man tag team main event at that year's Triplemania!"
